Built data visualizations using Tableau to support KPI reporting needs which led to reduced manual data retrieval work of 9 hours weekly and a 15% reduction in effortin a year.
Led the execution of a web-based oven lab dashboard involving wireframes, prototypes, UX research and usability studies, resulting in time savings of over 26 hours a year post-launch.
Collaborated closely with software development teams to drive product enhancements, upgrades, and improve end-to-end experience of a content submission platform for 200 users with submissions increasing from an average of 300-500 per month to over 2,000 within just one month.
